Policies
1. Appointment and Arrival Services at Amm Thai Massage are available by appointment via text, Messenger, email, WhatApp and call. Last-minute bookings (up to 30 minutes before the start time) are welcomed based on availability. We ask that new clients arrive at our place at least 10 minutes before their appointment and for regular clients to arrive at our place at least 5 minutes before their appointment ensure the session starts on time. As we cannot answer the phone when working with a client, but may be an option for last-minute appointments.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment time. We understand that unanticipated events happen and ask that clients contact us if they cannot keep the appointment. Short notice changes are challenging for a small owner/operator business like ours, we appreciate your understanding
3. Late Arrival & No Show If late arrival appears likely, we ask that the client inform us via email, call, or text. Late arrivals can result in a shortened session to avoid delay for any subsequent clients. Request to extend a late start session may be accommodated at our discretion.

Scope of Practice I'm a professional massage therapist certified by The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society, the Thai Ministry of Public Health. and Nuad Benja phakhi Massage certified by Thaiboost Academy. The massage services may provide benefits for certain conditions. However, results are not guaranteed. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment for any specific medical conditions.
6. Medical Conditions & Side Effects Clients are responsible for informing us of any known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, treatments, or any health concerns before the start of the massage session.Receiving massage therapy may involve some side effects, which may include muscle soreness, localized skin discomfort, bruising, inflammation, changes in blood pressure, light-headedness, and increased awareness of pain areas, among other temporary effects.Clients may not participate in massage with contagious skin conditions, active illnesses.
7. Client Comfort and Professional Boundaries The client is responsible for informing the massage therapist of their questions and preferences, including pressure, temperature, or any discomfort during the session. We will do our best to accommodate your request.Any interaction or discussion that is deemed inappropriate or sexual is never tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full cost of the session and may be barred from future bookings.
8. Privacy & Informed Consent Amm Thai Massage is committed to the privacy of all its clients. All personal information provided or collected are confidential and will not be released without the client’s expressed consent or as required by law. By booking an appointment with us and/or participating in our services, the client agrees to abide by our policy, as outlined above, and hereby voluntarily enters into and accepts the terms of our waiver and release of liability.
